Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-906(a)(2)(A) and (B) to expand sex offender registration requirements for out-of-state offenders moving to Arkansas.

Requires sex offenders who move to Arkansas and were required to register in another jurisdiction to register with local law enforcement within five (5) calendar days of moving to a municipality or county in Arkansas.

Clarifies that actual registration in the other state is not required; it is sufficient that the sex offender was required by law to register in that state.

Expands registration requirements to include any person living in Arkansas who would be required to register as a sex offender in any other state, regardless of whether they are living, working, or attending school in Arkansas.

Requires nonresident workers or students entering Arkansas to register in compliance with the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 as it existed on January 1, 2007.
