Permits jurors to donate their per diem compensation and/or mileage reimbursement to eligible nonprofit entities of their choice.

Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to compile a list of eligible nonprofit entities in consultation with the Supreme Court and Arkansas Judicial Council, Inc.

Establishes that eligible nonprofits should have one of these primary goals: crime victim assistance or counseling, services for abused or neglected children, domestic violence shelter, services for veterans, or legal education for law students.

Directs the Administrative Office of the Courts to offer guidance on procedures for making, collecting, and distributing donations under this program.

Effective date is January 1, 2022.
