Expands the definition of mandated reporters under Arkansas Code § 12-18-402(b)(22) to include all full-time or part-time employees of public or private schools, including school counselors, school officials, teachers, coaches, and directors of athletic and nonathletic organizations.

Adds volunteers at least 21 years of age who serve as coaches or directors of athletic or nonathletic organizations in public or private schools as mandated reporters.

Clarifies that school officials employed in institutions of higher education are mandated reporters.

Maintains social workers and surgeons as mandated reporters and removes the separate listing for teachers since they are now covered under the broader employee category.
