• Authorizes the Arkansas Department of Health to review Prescription Drug Monitoring Program information to identify prescribers or dispensers potentially misusing or abusing controlled substances

• Allows the department to require prescribers or dispensers to provide physical copies of written or electronic prescriptions upon request to validate data submitted to the program

• Requires the professional licensing board to provide the department with notification parameters before the department can notify that board of identified misuse or abuse
