Base monthly supervision fee for offenders on probation, parole, or transfer under Division of Community Correction supervision remains $35.00

Board of Corrections may increase or decrease the monthly supervision fee by up to 20% of the current assessed fee, subject to approval by the Legislative Council

Maximum monthly supervision fee is capped at $50.00 and fees may not be increased more than once per two calendar years

Board of Corrections may implement individualized fee assessment processes and may decrease fees if an emergency is declared under the Arkansas Emergency Services Act of 1973

Division must provide at least 30 days' notice to all parolees and probationers before implementing any increase or decrease in supervision fees
