Amends Arkansas Code § 23-13-206(a) to add a new exemption to the Arkansas Motor Carrier Act, 1955 for commercial motor vehicles operating in intrastate commerce with a gross vehicle weight rating or actual gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds or less

Exemption does not apply to commercial motor vehicles designated to transport hazardous materials under 49 U.S.C. § 5103 and required to be placarded under 49 C.F.R. part 172, subpart F

Exemption does not apply to commercial motor vehicles designed to transport more than 15 passengers, including the driver
