Changes Arkansas Code § 12-61-112(a) to specify that organized militia members ordered out for service have all powers, duties, and immunities of a law enforcement officer of the State of Arkansas.

Amends Arkansas Code § 12-61-112(b) to clarify that officers or enlisted personnel of the organized militia cannot be arrested on any warrant except for treason or felony while going to, remaining at, or returning from a place where they are ordered for military duty.

Revises Arkansas Code § 12-61-112(c) to specify that when organized militia is on active duty by order of the Governor in law enforcement or executing orders of the Commander-in-Chief, commanding officers may order the closing of places selling arms, ammunition, dynamite, or explosives and restrict the selling, bartering, lending, or giving away of such items.
