Appropriates $300,000 from the Arkansas Citizens First Responder Safety Enhancement Fund to the Office of the Treasurer of State for emergency medical expenses for the Arkansas Ambulance Association under Arkansas Code 19-6-802 for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Appropriates $300,000 from the Arkansas Citizens First Responder Safety Enhancement Fund to the Office of the Treasurer of State for local law enforcement expenses for the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police under Arkansas Code 19-6-802 for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Requires all fund disbursement to comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable state fiscal control laws and regulations.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2021 to enable immediate operation of funded agencies, with the Act taking full force and effect from and after that date.
