Appropriates $887,908 to the Office of the Treasurer of State from the City-County Tourist Facilities Aid Fund for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Funds are designated for facility debt service and operating expenses for publicly owned eligible facilities under the City-County Tourist Meeting and Entertainment Facilities Assistance Law.

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable state fiscal control laws.

Funds must be used in compliance with Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, and Legislative Recommendations documented in budget manuals and Joint Budget Committee minutes.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2021, with emergency clause declaring immediate implementation essential to agency operations.
