Corrects a typographical error in funeral director qualification requirements by changing "perfomed" to "performed" in case report procedures.

Expands the definition of "classroom instruction" for funeral director continuing education to include virtual methods such as audio-only or audio-and-video instruction delivered digitally, in addition to on-site instruction.

Requires that only board-approved courses of instruction satisfy the 20-hour classroom instruction requirement for funeral director licensure.

Clarifies crematorium construction notice requirements by specifying that publication in either the newspaper's print edition or digital edition, or both, is sufficient to meet the notice requirement.

Maintains the existing requirement that crematorium construction notices be published on Sunday and Wednesday between 7 and 15 days before submitting an application to the board.
