Amends the definition of "cemetery" to clarify it includes burial parks, mausoleums, or combinations thereof, and adds a new definition of "properly maintained" describing required care services including mowing, weed trimming, trash removal, and debris clearing

Changes permit application requirements by replacing references to "person" with "cemetery company" and modifies the 10-acre land requirement to exempt existing cemeteries with less than 10 acres as of January 1, 2021

Reduces fidelity bond requirements for permanent maintenance fund trustees from 100% to 80% of trust fund principal value and allows individual trustees rather than requiring three trustees

Updates the deadline for annual permit fee payments from "By March 1" to "within seventy-five (75) days after the end of each calendar year" with a fee of $100

Changes board authority language from mandatory ("shall") to discretionary ("may") regarding requirements for cemetery companies to submit additional information and applying to court for enforcement actions
