Appropriates $19,680,459 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of Attorney General's operations, including $12,652,220 for regular salaries of 142 employees and operating expenses for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Establishes maximum employment positions for the Attorney General's office including 1 Solicitor General ($167,000), 2 Attorney General I positions ($167,000), and various support staff ranging from $42,117 to $157,100 annually.

Appropriates $2,274,372 from federal funds for the Medicaid Fraud Division - Federal and $763,987 from state funds for the Medicaid Fraud Division - State.

Appropriates $398,071 from federal funds for the Cooperative Disability Investigation Program and $25,000 from federal funds for Internet Crime Child operations.

Appropriates $25,000,000 from cash funds (settlement fees) and $31,000 from cash funds (settlement fees and restitution) for the Attorney General's consumer protection and enforcement activities, effective July 1, 2021.
