Appropriates $3,224,691 for Vocational & Technical Education operations including $1,960,720 in regular salaries, $628,200 in personal services matching, $617,825 in operating expenses, $15,446 for conferences and travel, and $2,500 for motor vehicle education program.

Appropriates $18,839,395 in federal funds for Federal Vocational & Technical Education, including $662,907 in regular salaries, $13,923 for extra help, $208,955 in personal services matching, $1,066,755 in operating expenses, $46,175 for conferences and travel, $100,000 in professional fees, and $16,740,680 in vocational education grants.

Appropriates $1,119,433 for Coordinated Career Education Services for special needs students, $20,436,383 for Vocational Center Aid, and $4,740,000 for Vocational Start-Up Grants and Aid.

Appropriates $5,193,494 for Career Coaches Program, $11,250 for Advanced Careers Program, $10,000 in scholarships, and $2,520,000 for Camp Couchdale construction and improvement expenses; act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
