Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-103 to establish notification procedures when the State Board of Education reviews waivers granted to public school districts

Requires the State Board to provide the district superintendent and local board of directors president at least 15 business days' written notice and electronic mail notification before conducting a waiver review

Notification must include the time, date, and location of the review, as well as the specific reason for the review and any additional required information

Failure to provide required notification bars the State Board from conducting a review until the notification requirement is met

Allows the State Board to modify or revoke waivers, in whole or in part, following completion of a review
