Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-102(7) to change certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) practice from "under the supervision of" to "in consultation with" a licensed physician, licensed dentist, or other person lawfully entitled to order anesthesia.

Defines "consultation" as a collaborative process where the consulting party must remain immediately available during anesthesia delivery for diagnosis, consultation, and treatment of medical conditions.

Allows hospitals' administrative staff, medical staff, and governing body to determine guidelines defining what "immediately available for consultation" means.

Permits CRNAs to select, obtain, and administer Schedule II drugs only during perioperative, peri-obstetrical, and medical procedure periods.

Provides that physicians, dentists, or other persons lawfully entitled to order anesthesia are not liable for any act or omission of a CRNA who orders or administers anesthetics.
