Licensed pest control operators must file monthly reports with the board by the 15th of each month covering termite and structural pest work performed the previous calendar month.

Monthly reports must include a summary listing of each contract issued, letters of clearance issued, service contracts issued regardless of chemical treatments, property owner name and address, property address, and any other information required by board rules.

Licensed operators must produce documents requested by authorized board agents within 48 normal business hours, including contracts and related documents, with failure to meet timelines resulting in additional penalties.

Reporting and payment of inspection fees may be required for household pest and rodent control work or other classifications as specified by the board if deemed necessary or required by federal law.

Fees due to the board must be filed by the 15th of each month; if payment is delayed more than 30 days, the fees due shall be doubled, and a report must be filed each month even if no work was performed.
