Amends Arkansas Code § 25-30-206 to clarify eligibility requirements for the Arkansas Rehabilitation Services Forgiveness of Student Loan Program, which assists employees with student loan repayment.

Requires employees to complete a six-month probationary period, provide proof of unpaid student loan debt obtained for a vocational rehabilitation degree, and execute a contract agreeing not to resign or be terminated for cause during program participation.

Limits individual payments to $2,000 per installment, with eligible employees receiving no more than $10,000 total or five installments under the program.

Requires employees to have been continuously employed by Arkansas Rehabilitation Services for two years prior to receiving each installment payment.

Caps total program payments to all employees at $80,000 per fiscal year.
