Amends Arkansas Code § 16-90-803(b)(2)(A) and (B) to modify how criminal history scores are computed for voluntary presumptive sentencing standards.

Changes reference language from "outlined below" to "set out in subdivision (b)(2)(C) of this section" regarding prior juvenile records used in criminal history score calculations.

Clarifies that "records" for computing criminal history scores include convictions, findings of guilt, guilty pleas, probation placements, suspended sentences, expunged records after August 31, 1994, and First Offender Act dismissals after August 31, 1994, all entered up to the date of sentencing.

Makes minor grammatical edits including changing "where" to "in which," "which" to "that," and "outlined below" to "set out in" for clarification purposes.
