Creates the "Arkansas Foresters for the Future Scholarship Program" to provide scholarships to eligible students enrolled in Society of American Foresters-accredited forestry programs at state-supported Arkansas institutions of higher education.

Requires applicants to be full-time first-time freshmen and submit an approved application and high school transcript created and approved by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry Division.

Division may conduct interviews with applicants before selecting scholarship recipients.

Recipients must maintain full-time status as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in an accredited forestry program to retain eligibility.

Establishes the "Arkansas Foresters for the Future Scholarship Fund" to be administered by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry Division, funded by moneys from the State Forestry Fund equal to scholarship costs each academic semester and special revenue funds.
