Reappropriates $74,717 from Act 9 of 2020 to the Arkansas School for the Blind from the Development and Enhancement Fund for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2021.

Reappropriates $10,000,000 from Act 9 of 2020 to the Arkansas School for the Blind from the Development and Enhancement Fund for the same purposes, effective July 1, 2021.

Reappropriates $683,867 total ($130,467 and $553,400) from Act 18 of 2020 to the Arkansas School for the Blind from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship or preservation of state owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures or objects, effective July 1, 2021.

Reappropriates $10,000,000 from Act 9 of 2020 to the Arkansas School for the Deaf from the Development and Enhancement Fund for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2021.

Reappropriates $406,018 from Act 18 of 2020 to the Arkansas School for the Deaf from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship or preservation of state owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures or objects, effective July 1, 2021.
