Reappropriates capital improvement balances from Act 73 of 2020 for the Department of Public Safety, effective July 1, 2021, from the Development and Enhancement Fund.

Allocates $4,378,672 total for Law Enforcement Standards and Training, including $2.1 million for facility maintenance and improvements, $700,000 for Heat/AC renovation at North Dorm, and funding for security enhancements and equipment upgrades.

Appropriates $4.75 million for State Police, including $4 million for a driving track at Camp Robinson and $750,000 for software and hardware for a crimes against children reporting system.

Provides $8.2 million for State Crime Laboratory facility improvements and construction of a forensic laboratory in Northwest Arkansas.

Allocates $14.4 million for Emergency Management Division, including $12.9 million for microwave radio equipment replacement on the Arkansas Wireless Information Network and $1.5 million for building and tower remediation.
