Reappropriates balance of capital improvement appropriations for the Department of Human Services - Division of Developmental Disabilities Services for the Booneville Human Development Center master plan, effective July 1, 2021.

Appropriates $1,708,974 for implementation of the initial phase of the Booneville Human Development Center master plan including demolition, construction, replacement, renovation, upgrade, and addition of facilities.

Appropriates $1,893,820 for implementation of the Booneville Human Development Center master plan facility improvements.

Appropriates $8,482,600 for implementation of the residential housing plan of the Booneville Human Development Center master plan.

Establishes that funds must be disbursed in compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws, and declares an emergency effective July 1, 2021.
