Amends Arkansas Code § 21-2-105(a) to modify who may administer oaths of office to state officials and other officers.

Governor's oath may be administered by a justice or judge of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Circuit Court, or District Court; the county clerk; or the clerk of the circuit court.

Supreme Court justices, Court of Appeals judges, circuit court judges, district court judges, Secretary of State, Treasurer of State, and Auditor of State may take oaths before the Governor, a justice or judge of specified courts, the county court clerk, or the circuit court clerk.

All other civil and military officers may take oaths before the Secretary of State or designee, justices or judges of specified courts, county or circuit court clerks, justices of the peace, city of the first class clerks, or recorders of cities of the second class or incorporated towns.
