Homeschooled students may participate in interscholastic activities at a public school other than their resident school without requiring the resident school's approval if the activity is not offered by the resident school.

Repeals the requirement limiting homeschooled students to only one period per school day; instead allows them to be required to attend school only when their interscholastic activity participation actually requires them to be present.

Homeschooled students participating in interscholastic activities may be transported by their resident school district to and from activities, the same as other enrolled students.

Non-statutorily created entities cannot impose additional criteria or requirements on homeschooled students beyond what is provided in Arkansas Code § 6-15-509.
