Mandates removal of booking photographs within 5 business days of a written request at no cost to the person requesting removal.

Holds non-compliant websites liable for civil penalties including compensatory damages, attorney's fees, and punitive damages; authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations and pursue injunctive relief.
