Appropriates $2,536,132 in supplemental funding to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for fiscal year 2020-2021, consisting of $2,028,905 for regular salaries and $507,227 for personal services matching.

Funds are supplemental and in addition to appropriations made by Act 39 of 2020, payable from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Fund.

Disbursal of funds must comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary procedures, and other fiscal control laws and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

An emergency clause declares that existing funds are insufficient due to unforeseen circumstances and that the bill is necessary for the university to continue providing essential governmental services.

Bill was approved on March 2, 2021, and becomes effective upon passage or upon gubernatorial action.
