Amends Arkansas Code § 12-8-215(c)(2) to add "Arkansas State Police senior corporal" as an additional classification eligible for special salary payments under certain circumstances.

Amends Arkansas Code § 12-8-216(a) to establish a salary administration grid for uniformed commissioned officer classifications in the Division of Arkansas State Police when additional general revenue funds become available as determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer.

Establishes pay grades for eight officer classifications ranging from ASP Trooper (GS07) through ASP Major (GS14), with the new senior corporal classification assigned to grade GS09.

Implementation of the salary grid is contingent upon the availability of additional general revenue funds to the Division of Arkansas State Police.
