Appropriates $15,000,000 for continued implementation of master plans at each Human Development Center, including demolition, construction, replacement, upgrade, and addition of facilities.

Appropriates $12,000,000 for construction of five living units for medically fragile residents as part of the master plan at the Conway Human Development Center.

Appropriates $6,000,000 for construction of new medical facilities at all five Human Development Centers in accordance with their respective master plans.

Funds are payable from federal funds as designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, with total appropriations not to exceed $33,000,000.

Effective July 1, 2021, with provisions requiring compliance with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws in fund disbursement.
