Appropriates $10,000 from the State Central Services Fund to the Bureau of Legislative Research of the Legislative Council for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

Funds designated for payment of per diem, expenses, and mileage to non-legislative task force, committee, and commission members.

Requires all disbursement of funds to comply with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Declares funds must be used in compliance with the stated reasons evidenced by Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, and Legislative Recommendations in budget manuals and official meeting minutes.

Effective July 1, 2021 as an emergency measure necessary for continued agency operation.
