Authorizes the Arkansas State Medical Board to offer multiyear physician licenses or registrations as an alternative to annual renewals.

Physicians may request a 2-year multiyear license or registration after initial licensure, provided they submit all required information and proof of continuing medical education for the 2-year period.

Applicants must pay licensing or registration fees for the full 2-year period when requesting multiyear licensure.

Requires the Arkansas State Medical Board to promulgate rules necessary to implement the act, with the final rule to be filed with the Secretary of State by January 1, 2022, or as soon as practicable if legislative approval has not occurred by that date.
