Amends Arkansas Code § 20-38-101(9) to expand the definition of "service provider" subject to criminal background check requirements.

Adds three new categories of healthcare providers: entities providing personal care services to individuals, long-term care facilities under § 20-10-1202, and entities providing services to or housing teens and youths.

Maintains existing service provider categories including Alternative Community Services Waiver Program providers, childcare facilities, early intervention programs, home- and community-based health services, hospice programs, and nonprofit community programs.
