Adds two new exemptions to Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b) to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967 regarding public records disclosure.

Exempts criminal investigation records in law enforcement custody from disclosure if disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of: the victim, family members not charged with or convicted of the crime, or witnesses.

Exempts personal contact information held by law enforcement agencies or prosecutors from disclosure, including Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and home or business addresses.

Protects contact information of victims of sexual offenses under § 5-26-301 et seq., persons who filed domestic abuse protection petitions under § 9-15-101 et seq., and family members of domestic abuse protection petitioners.
