Amends Arkansas Code § 5-14-125(a)(3) to clarify that sexual assault in the second degree by a minor occurs when a person 18 years or older engages in sexual contact with another person less than 14 years of age and not the person's spouse

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-14-126(a)(2)(A) to clarify that sexual assault in the third degree by a minor occurs when a minor engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with another person less than 14 years of age and not the person's spouse

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language regarding age and spousal exemptions for both second-degree and third-degree sexual assault offenses committed by minors
