Amends Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 46, Subchapter 1 to add Section 20-46-107 authorizing colocation of outpatient behavioral healthcare agencies with non-behavioral healthcare services and facilities

Establishes legislative findings that integrated care is best practice and that colocation with primary care services benefits client health outcomes

Permits outpatient behavioral healthcare agencies to be certified when located adjacent to or colocated with schools, day care facilities, long-term care facilities, or offices/clinics of physicians or psychologists

Removes prior prohibition against outpatient behavioral healthcare agency sites being adjunct to or colocated with non-behavioral healthcare services or facilities
