Exempts currently licensed home health services agencies from requiring an additional permit to expand geographic service areas if they have a primary or branch office located within 100 miles of the service location.

Eliminates the requirement for registered nurses to visit patients every 62 days to supervise services.

Allows home healthcare services agencies in existence as of April 1, 2021, or licensed afterwards to operate with only one branch office or place of business physically located in the state.

Removes the requirement for home healthcare services agencies to obtain a separate license indicating geographic limitations on service provision.

Allows branch offices providing only unskilled home healthcare services to operate without being required to be within a 100-mile radius of a patient's home.
