Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-64-406(b), which previously required allocation of 70% of the first 150 freshman medical school enrollment positions among congressional districts based on population.

Eliminates the requirement that enrollment positions be assigned to applicants who are legal residents of specific congressional districts.

Removes provisions requiring additional consideration for rural applicants from medically underserved areas to address health disparities.

Eliminates specific allocation percentages for state-at-large positions, out-of-state applicants with Arkansas ties, and non-resident positions that were previously codified in statute.
