Amends Arkansas Code § 7-6-203(f)(2) to allow candidates to use campaign funds to pay childcare expenses without it being considered personal income.

Childcare expenses paid with campaign funds must be incurred while the candidate is engaging in campaign activity and would not exist without the campaign.

Permits candidates with opponents to employ their spouses or dependent children as campaign workers.

Allows candidates with opponents to take campaign funds as personal income equal to employment income lost during unpaid leave from their primary place of employment during the campaign and before the election.
