Establishes penalties for video voyeurism violations under Arkansas Code § 5-16-101(c): Class D felony for first or second offense, Class C felony for third or subsequent offense, or Class C felony if victim is under 14 years of age

Creates enhanced penalties for video voyeurism under subsection (b): Class B misdemeanor as base offense, elevated to Class A misdemeanor if offender distributed or transmitted the recording, posted it online, or has prior conviction under this section or § 5-16-102

Establishes penalties for voyeurism violations under Arkansas Code § 5-16-102(c): Class C felony if victim is under 14 years old, Class D felony if victim is under 17 and offender holds position of trust or authority over victim or has prior conviction, or Class A misdemeanor for all other violations
