Creates the "Cancer Prevention and Cancer Patient Navigation Act" in Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 15, Subchapter 2, Section 20-15-206

Defines "patient navigation" as intervention to assist patients from health disparity populations and caregivers with obtaining cancer prevention, screening, treatment, and follow-up care through culturally sensitive care coordination

Authorizes the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to establish a comprehensive cancer patient navigation program

Specifies patient navigation services include acting as contact persons for patients with cancer symptoms or diagnoses, facilitating community organization involvement, notifying patients of clinical trials, coordinating with insurance ombudsman programs, and conducting ongoing outreach to health disparity populations

Requires the navigation program to establish a billing code for patient navigation reimbursement
