Amends Arkansas Code § 27-50-1101(a)(3)(B)(iv) to require towing and storage companies to post notice on the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board's website in addition to newspaper publication when owner information is unavailable for abandoned or unattended implements or machinery.

Adds new subdivision (K) to Arkansas Code § 27-50-1203(e)(1) establishing the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board's duty to create and manage a website for towing businesses to post notices required by § 27-50-1101 and § 27-50-1201 et seq.

Modifies Arkansas Code § 27-50-1208(d)(2) to allow posting of vehicle owner notices on the Board's website alongside newspaper publication, with licensed towing businesses required to pay a reasonable fee determined by the Board for each notice posted.

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-50-1209(f) to require posting of possessory lien foreclosure sale notices on the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board's website in addition to newspaper publication at least ten (10) days prior to the sale.
