Amends Arkansas Code § 21-6-306(a)(1)(B) to clarify recording fees for mortgage assignments, releases, modifications, correction deeds, and similar instruments that reference multiple previously recorded documents.

Charges an additional fee of $15 per instrument listed when multiple previously recorded instruments are included in a single document for purposes of assigning, releasing, modifying, or correcting them, with a maximum cap of $300.

Prohibits recorders from charging the additional per-instrument fee when a document merely references a previously recorded instrument for purposes other than assignment, release, modification, or correction.
