AR HB1825

Amends Arkansas Code § 7-6-228(c) to require campaign signs, literature, and printed materials to clearly display "Paid for by" followed by the name of the candidate, committee, or person who paid for them.

Makes the candidate printing or producing the campaign materials responsible for including the required disclosure language.

Limits the disclosure requirement to materials created by or sponsored by political candidates, candidate campaigns, political action committees, or independent expenditure committees.
