Amends Arkansas Code § 27-51-702 to clarify that drivers must stop 15-50 feet from railroad tracks when electric signals, crossing gates, flaggers, or audible train signals indicate an approaching train or on-track equipment

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-51-703 to require drivers of passenger vehicles for hire, school buses, and vehicles carrying explosives or flammable liquids to stop, listen, and look both directions before crossing and to cross in a single gear without shifting

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-51-704 to require truck operators carrying explosives or flammable liquids to stop 15-50 feet from tracks, open the truck door or window 12 inches, and listen and look before proceeding across railroad tracks

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-51-705 to require operators of heavy equipment to stop 15-50 feet from tracks and listen and look for approaching trains before crossing, with prohibition on crossing when warning signals are given

Updates statutory language throughout to add references to "on-track equipment" in addition to trains and clarifies grammatical structure of existing regulations
