Microbrewery-restaurant private clubs cannot use advertising media to promote alcoholic beverages or advertise their prices in counties where voters have not authorized liquor sales in local option elections.

Microbrewery-restaurant private clubs may advertise social functions of general interest (golf tournaments, charity balls, entertainment events) regardless of local liquor authorization status.

Social function advertisements must be preceded by "Notice to Members" and include the name of the club or organization sponsoring the activity.

Social functions must be held within the confines of the microbrewery-restaurant private club property.

Microbrewery-restaurant private clubs located in wet counties or areas are not prohibited from advertising under this section, and "intoxicating liquor" is defined as beverages containing more than 0.5% alcohol by weight.
