Amends Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98 (the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016) to revise the definition of "safety sensitive position"

Allows employers to designate positions in writing as safety sensitive if performing that position while under the influence of marijuana may threaten health or safety

Clarifies that safety sensitive positions include roles requiring: carrying a firearm, performing life-threatening procedures, or working with confidential information including proprietary, financial, or health-related records

Expands the definition to include positions involving work with criminal investigation documents or with hazardous materials, controlled substances, food, or medicine

Includes positions where a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death, such as operating or maintaining heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, watercraft, or motor vehicles
