Amends Arkansas Code § 6-5-201(a) to expand the definition of "hazing" to explicitly include acts by faculty or staff members of educational institutions, in addition to students, alumni, and fraternal organization employees.

Modifies the hazing definition to encompass four categories of prohibited conduct: intimidation through social ostracism, abusive or truculent tricks meant to frighten or scare, acts designed to humiliate or discourage student persistence, and physical violence or threats of violence.

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-5-202(a) to prohibit faculty or staff members from knowingly engaging in hazing or encouraging, aiding, or assisting others in hazing activities at schools, colleges, universities, or other educational institutions in Arkansas.

Applies prohibitions to hazing conduct occurring both on and off the property of educational institutions.
