Defines "vehicle" as any automobile and designates it as an extension of a person's home with equivalent legal protections under Arkansas Code § 5-73-101.

Defines "journey" as when a person leaves their home or curtilage on foot, horseback, bicycle, or in an automobile for any purpose or duration, replacing the previous definition of travel beyond county lines.

Permits carrying weapons during a journey, except when passing through commercial airport security checkpoints or in checked baggage that is not lawfully declared.

Adds "personal vehicle" as a location where weapons may be lawfully carried, alongside dwellings, places of business, and property with possessory or proprietary interest.
