Adds § 16-84-117 requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to report bail data for courts using case management software

Data collection includes the most serious charge, initial bail amount (cash or percentage paid), length of pretrial detention, cash bail disposition, and subsequent bail modifications

Requires reporting of the number of defendants with outstanding failure-to-appear warrants and the number of defendants who reoffended while on bail with outstanding arrest warrants or pending bail revocation motions

Administrative Office of the Courts must compile all data and submit written reports to the Legislative Council by July 1 and December 31 of each year

First written report is due July 1, 2022
