Amends Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 76, Subchapter 1 to establish a new pilot program authorizing the Department of Human Services and Division of Workforce Services to use real-time employment and income data from payroll data providers.

Defines "real-time employment and income data" as up-to-date, nonmodeled employment and income data provided by employers, obtained from consumer reporting agencies that are payroll data providers.

Establishes a no-cost pilot program to obtain real-time employment and income data for determining eligibility for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Unemployment benefits.

Permits the collected data to be used to conduct analysis on the pilot program's effectiveness.

Authorizes the department and division to incorporate real-time employment and income data into eligibility verification determination processes if the pilot program successfully demonstrates cost savings.
