Amends Arkansas Code § 18-12-608(d)(4) to allow beneficiary deeds to be revoked, altered, or amended by will provisions if the owner is the sole owner of the real property.

Prohibits revocation, alteration, or amendment of beneficiary deeds by will if there is more than one owner of the real property.

Adds new section 28-26-106 establishing that a testator's real property conveyed by beneficiary deed may be revoked, altered, or amended by will if the testator executed the will after conveying the property and is the sole owner.
